In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until smooth. Mix in milk, vanilla and beaten eggs. One at a time, stir in cornflakes, oats, dry ingredients, Baker's coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts, just until each addition is mixed.
Drop dough by well-rounded teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets.
