1 box low-fat or fat-free graham crackers

Let's Make It
In a 9 x 13 pan, use Cool Whip to grease the bottom and sides of pan. Prepare pudding using only 1 cup of milk instead of 2 cups. Add the rest of the Cool Whip to your pudding to make a mousse.
Nuke the chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 40-45 seconds so it's easy to pour.
Line the bottom of the greased pan with graham crackers. Spoon in and spread a layer of mousse atop the crackers. Create one more layer of cracker-mousse, ending with a third layer of crackers. Pour and spread frosting atop the last layer of crackers. Cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
