Boil noodles. While noodles are boiling, cook the hamburger on the stove. When done, drain the fat and add in spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, and ricotta. Stir and let simmer.
Mix well, and then stir in most of the shredded cheese. Leave enough to sprinkle on top. Drain your noodles and stir all ingredients together in pot. Then pour into your baking pan (I use 9x13). Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes to 1 hour until browned on top at 350°F.
