Prepare instant pudding as direct on box. Crush Oreo Cookies, and set aside 1/4 cup. Roll cream cheese into small bite size balls.
In 12" x 9" pan, layer 1/2 of crushed Oreo Cookies, 1/2 of instant pudding, cream cheese balls, and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Repeat process. Top with remaining 1/4 cup crushed Oreo Cookies.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Overnight is best.
