Sift twice flour. Rub flour into butter. Add fruit sugar and mix with hands util it forms a dough.
Press out on unfloured board to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut with favorite cutters. Prick with a fork. Place on ungreased pan.
Bake at 300 degrees F. oven until pale golden brown, about 30 minutes. It will darken a bit after taking from oven. DON'T OVER COOK.
