Preheat oven to 350-375. In medium bowl, combine flour, cake flour, baking soda, and baking powder; set aside.
In large bowl, combine sugars & butter. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until creamy, 2 or 3 minutes. Add eggs & vanilla.
Continue beating. Reduce speed to low & gradually add flour mixure. Mix & add morsels. Drop & bake for 10-14 minutes depending on size of dropfuls.
