Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Saute mushrooms and butter in a medium skillet for 2-3 minutes. Drain.

Combine sour cream, flour, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Pour over mushrooms, stirring gently. Cook until thoroughly heated (do not boil).

Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 qt. casserole, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 425°F for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
