Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pound fresh shelled deveined shrimp, cut in bite sizes
option- 1/3 pound of each: lobster, shrimp, and scallop
option- 1 pound diced fresh chicken breast
1/3 cup grated Kraft Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup grated mizithra cheese
1 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
8 oz pkg spaghetti noodles
3 Tbsp butter
1 cup white wine
1 clove garlic sliced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes

First prepare shrimp. Then cook the spaghetti and make the sauce. Note: If you purchase already shelled shrimp, fresh or frozen, this will save you a great deal of time.

Combine in a small bowl, parmesan cheese, mizithra cheese, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder and set aside. Prepare spaghetti noodles per package instructions until done. Drain noodles but do not rinse. Return hot noodles back into pan and add butter and toss until melted, then add cheese combination.

In a 1 quart saucepan, add white wine, garlic, onion, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil, uncovered, until 1/3 of the liquid has evaporated. Add prepared shrimp and stir until shrimp is tender. Don't overcook!
