3 cups cooked sweet potatoes or 1 lb. can yams
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
The Crunch
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 stick melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Mash the sweet potatoes (Optional: add a little juice from the can). Mix with the next five ingredients. Pour into a buttered casserole.

Combine the remaining ingredients and put on top of the sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes until crunchy.
