Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In saucepan, combine cream of mushroom soup, Velveeta cheese, milk and tuna. Heat on stovetop until you get a smooth mixture.
Meanwhile, boil your noodles, drain, and butter. Pour sauce mixture over noodles in casserole dish of your choice. Top with more Velveeta or cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
