Prepare the entire box of rigatoni noodles as directed on box (leave in strainer so you can run water over them so they don't stick together)
Chop onions and green peppers. Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper, drain. Add pizza sauce to hamburger mix and stir well.
Layer noodles to cover bottom of crock-pot, layer noodles with hamburger mixture, then cottage cheese, then pepperonis and with both cheeses. Repeat layers until ingredients are gone or crock-pot is full. Will depend on the size of your crock-pot. Top with cheeses, cover and cook on high heat for 2 hours or until heated through.
