In a large pot, boil the chicken until it falls off of the bone. This takes a few hours. While the chicken is boiling, peel and cube potatoes. Cover with water and set aside.
After the chicken starts to come off of the bone, take it out and add potatoes. Cube the boiled eggs and add them as well as cans of corn with juice.
Take the skin off of the chicken and shred the chicken into small pieces. Add the chicken back into the soup. When the potatoes are soft add the egg noodles, boil for 5 minutes. Cool and serve with crackers. ^_^
