Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
Oil
6 fresh carrots, sliced
1 package frozen broccoli (I use fresh)
12 ounces corkscrew shaped noodles
1 family size can cream of chicken soup
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms

Cut up chicken and fry in oil until cooked. Steam carrots and broccoli. Cook noodles according to package directions.

Combine soup, softened cream cheese, parmesan, and mushrooms in a large bowl. Add cooked noodles, chicken, and veggies stir until combined.

Put in casserole dish and bake 45 minutes in 350 degrees F oven until bubbly. I top it with extra parmesan cheese.
