4 to 8 skinless chicken breast - boneless or bone-in
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons Kraft Dijon Honey Mustard
1 large baggie

Let's Make It
Make sure the chicken is skinless. Wash chicken with cold water set aside. In medium size bowl mix Italian seasoning with olive oil and honey mustard. Stir till well blended. Take your large baggie and put the mixture in the baggie.
Drain all the extra water off of the chicken and put 2 chicken breast in baggie and shake well. Take them out of the baggie and put them in a baking pan. Keep putting chicken in baggie till all of the chicken has been coated with the mixture. Put them all in the same baking pan. Pour all of the remaining mixture over the chicken. Let set for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put chicken in oven and let cook for 45 minutes, and then insert knife to make sure it is done. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
