Original recipe yields 1 serving
Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines yellow or butter cake mix
1 box Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 cup walnuts or pecans--(optional)
Glaze:
1/2 cup apricot nectar
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter

Mix all cake ingredients, place in a greased pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F until done. Remove from oven and cool. Poke holes in cake for glaze.

Use a small pot. Add butter, sugar and nectar and bring to a boil until butter is completely melted. Pour over cake immediately.
