"I'm Nutty About Pecans!" Pecan Pie

Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
Dash of salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup melted butter
2-3 cups pecan halves, divided
2 - 9 in ch unbaked pastry shells

Let's Make It

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, corn syrup and butter. Stir in 2 1/2 cups pecans.

Pour into the pastry shells. Place remaining pecans on top of pie.

Bake approximately 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center of filling comes out clean. Cool and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
