1 brick cream cheese
1 tub Cool Whip, divided

Follow the instructions on the box of Jell-O and soft-set, about 2-3 hours.
Combine the entire brick of cream cheese and 1/2 tub of Cool Whip in large mixing bowl and mix with hand blender until light and fluffy. Then add the soft-set Jell-O and mix until combined but not entirely uniform (there should be some chunks of the cream cheese/Cool Whip but not too big).
Pour the mixture into a small casserole dish or a large pie dish and return to the refrigerator for another 1-2 hours until firm. Then top with the remaining Cool Whip.
