3 cups boneless skinless chicken breast, diced and cooked
1 can crescent rolls
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together cream cheese, onions and butter. Add cooked chicken, and then mix again.
Put crescent rolls, unrolled into triangles, into a square casserole dish. Spread chicken mixture into each triangle then close-up. After all are filled and rolled, pour soups over top.
Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until roll-ups are golden brown.
