Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook ground beef with the onions and garlic. Put on low heat and add the cream of mushroom soup, mix well. Add drained corn. Salt & pepper to taste. Prepare mashed potatoes.
Spread hamburger mixture into bottom of oblong casserole dish, top with mashed potatoes covering all of the mixture. Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for about 20-30 minutes or until cheese becomes a nice golden color.
