Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 stick butter or margarine
4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 jar (8 ounce) pineapple preserves
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix first three ingredients. Knead into dough, sprinkle flour to area used to roll out, and roll out dough.

Use a biscuit cutter or any drinking glass to cut out circles. Place preserves in bottom half of circle and fold the circles in half. Fold top of circle and press edges together either with your finger tip or with a fork.

Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees F until light beige, about 12 - 14 minutes. After baking, while still warm, roll turnover in cinnamon sugar.
