Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pound beef
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp hoisin sauce
1 large onion
4 carrots, finely chopped
2 Tbsp ginger
1 Tbsp oil
3 small pieces garlic, crushed
3 pieces celery finely chopped
4 Tbsp plum sauce
1 head of lettuce
1 package Chinese noodles

In a fry pan brown the beef and remove excess fat. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, onion, chopped carrots, ginger, oil, garlic, and celery and simmer till done. Add plum sauce and stir.

Wash lettuce separate leaves. Boil package of Chinese noodles and drain.

Put small amounts of hamburger mixture in lettuce add a little bit of noodle to top. You can make a mixture of hoisin sauce and plum sauce to add to top of your lettuce wrap then roll the wrap together and serve.
