Original recipe yields 1 serving
SOUP:
1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 package sliced pepperoni
1 can diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp red chili peppers
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp Italian seasonings
1 can mushrooms (optional)
TOPPINGS:
Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Italian croutons (or any other flavor)

Brown ground beef, onion, and peppers in stock pot, drain if necessary. Add all SOUP ingredients, fill empty tomato sauce can with water and add to soup.

Bring to boil, reduce to medium and let simmer and reduce 30 minutes. Simmer to desired consistency (should be more soup like than stew like).

Serve with shredded cheese and croutons.
