Pound steaks until 1/2 inch thick. Coat steaks with flour until well coated. In skillet, add 1 to 2 Tbsp. oil. Brown steaks 5 minutes on both sides. Drain.
To same skillet, add steaks, beef bouillon and water on high heat until boiling. Turn heat down to simmer. Simmer for 3 hours. Add more beef bouillon and water if needed.
When done make gravy out of drippings. Add 1/4 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth. Add to the drippings and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on high heat.
