Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 cups chicken broth
2 cups boiled and diced chicken
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced Mexican styled tomatoes
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) Northern white beans, drained
1 packet taco seasoning, about 3 Tablespoons
Texas Pete hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce
2 cups Kraft Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
Diced green onions, sour cream, and chopped jalepenos for garnish

Add chicken broth to chicken in a 3-4 quart pot.

Blend the diced tomatoes with cilantro in blender. Pour over chicken and chicken broth, and then add the drained Northern White Beans, taco seasoning and your favorite hot sauce to taste.

Bring to boil then add cheese. Once cheese is melted, then you serve with sour cream, diced green onions and chopped jalapenos for garnish. Serve with cornbread.
