Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Baste chicken with 1/4 cup of dressing, using more or less depending on the size of the chicken.
Pour the remaining dressing into the cavity of the chicken. Crush rosemary leaves slightly before sprinkling them over the top of the chicken.
Place in shallow pan and roast 20 minutes per pound of chicken.
