Spread chili in the middle of the tortilla shell, and top with lots of shredded cheese.
Fold bottom of shell up, fold top of shell down, fold left side of shell to the right all the way to the other end of the tortilla shell.
You can cook this in your George Forman, the stove or the oven. Cook until shell gets a little crunchy on the outside, about 5 minutes. Pull from heat; add shredded cheese on top, sour cream and any other topping you would like.
