28 oz canned tomatoes, chopped
1 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
1 tsp garlic salt

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef with green pepper and onion in Dutch oven or similar covered pot (ovenproof).

Stir in tomatoes, rice and seasonings.

Bake, covered in oven for 1 hour 20 minutes or until rice is done.
