Preheat oven to 365 degrees F. Take big enough pan, and add milk. Add in potato soup. Chop off broccoli and add as much as you want. Add water. Put in oven.
Take out, after half hour, and add pepper and garlic salt. Put back in for another half hour.
Let cool for 1 hour, and eat cold or warm. Add more milk, or water if desired.
