Soak wooden skewers in water for no less than an hour (so not to splinter). Marinade chicken breasts in salad dressing for no less than an hour, if chicken breasts are very thick cut in half to about 1/2 inch thick.
While chicken marinades, mix chicken dipping sauce: mayonnaise, mustard and dill in a bowl, refrigerate.
Preheat broiler. Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch strips long ways and slide onto skewers weaving so to have a wave effect. Place on foil covered pan with skewers hanging off edge. Broil 25 minutes flipping skewers every 8 minutes.
