2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion, or olives, chopped tomatoes or can use salsa (these are optional)

Spread softened cream cheese in the bottom of a two quart casserole. Cover with chili. Sprinkle shredded cheese over.
Heat in oven for 15 minutes at 350°F. Remove from oven.
Top with salsa, onions, and olives if desired. Great with nachos or crackers.
