1/4 cup cooking sherry or a red wine
1 lg. can cooked deboned chicken
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. pepper
1 small box Kraft Stove Top Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
1 tsp poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixing bowl combine sour cream, chicken soup, and cooking sherry and whisk well. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour into a 13x9 baking dish and top with stuffing mix and poppy seeds.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until topping is golden brown. Serve hot.
