Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 cups milk
6 Tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
6 bananas, sliced
Vanilla wafer cookies (about 1/2 1 lb. bag)
1 tub (12 oz.) Cool Whip

In a large microwave safe bowl mix milk, cornstarch, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt with a wire whisk.

Heat mix on high in microwave in three minute increments (stirring in-between) under it gets thick. Should take about 10 minutes. Add sliced bananas.

Line 9 by 13 inch pan with vanilla wafer cookies in a single layer. Pour pudding over cookies. Then refrigerate about 1 hour. Add Cool Whip to the top and it's ready to serve.
