Baked Taco Pie

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can Pillsbury dinner rolls
1 bag Kraft Shredded Cheese
1 large tomato
1 cup shredded lettuce
Sour cream or salsa

Preheat oven 375°F. Cook ground beef or turkey in large nonstick pan with taco seasoning; set aside.

Open up the dinner rolls and push them flat in a pie pan making sure to cover the hole inside of pie pan. Top the rolls with cooked meat. Top the meat with bag of cheese.

Bake in oven for 12 to 16 minutes. While cooking, cut up tomato and lettuce. When the pie comes out of oven, top with tomato, lettuce, sour cream or salsa.
