Bake chicken breast. Make Shake 'N Bake as directed. Mix up cream of chicken soup and prepare stuffing. After chicken is done baking, cut up chicken breast in bite size pieces.
Spread stuffing on the bottom of a 9x13 casserole, leave some out to top dish with. Spread cream of chicken soup over the stuffing. Put chicken chunks on top of stuffing and soup. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over it and top with the remainder of the stuffing.
Put back into oven to melt cheese and make the top stuffing a little crunchy.
