Cook hamburger till brown, drain and add taco seasoning. Cook according to package. Shred lettuce, cut tomatoes any way you want, chop onion, slice black olives.
Put meat and above ingredients in a large bowl. Add cheese and Catalina dressing, and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least an hour. Add Doritos and mix them in right before serving.
