In a crock-pot set on low or medium (depending on the crock-pot). Combine the soups, the Velveeta and the Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Cover and let the cheeses melt together. Stir occasionally.
In a casserole dish, brown the ground beef in the microwave. When done, drain the grease and add the 2 packages of seasoning. Add 1/2 cup of water and stir to combine. Place back in microwave and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until done.
When the cheeses have melted together in the crock-pot, add the ground beef and stir to combine all of the ingredients. Cover and let heat up to desired temperature. Before serving place the tortilla chips in a large bowl next to the nacho dip.
