2 lb ground hamburger
2 cans cream of broccoli soup
1 cup non fat sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 clove crushed garlic
1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 bag tater tots

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl: take hamburger, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese and garlic and mix them thoroughly. I use my clean hands because it is seems to mix better. Then add vegetables to mixture making sure that it is evenly distributed.

Pour mixture into a pan that is 13x9x2. Then evenly place tater tots on the top.

Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
