Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 whole onion
Oil
2 lb ground chuck
2 cups carrots
2 cups green beans
2 cups corn
4 small potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of soy sauce or whatever favorite sauce you like to season your ground chuck
A.1. Steak Sauce, really puts a little zip in it also
Tbsp 4 to 5 butter or oleo

First chop the onion in big chunks, and fry in oil. I fry the onion till almost burnt, the flavor is great. Then fry up your ground chuck till done, drain off the grease.

Now throw in the chopped carrots, green beans, corn and diced up your potatoes, in bite size pieces. I fry them all for 15 to 20 minutes.

Than put all the mixture into a casserole dish, with butter or oleo. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees F or until the carrots are soft. Serve with toasted French bread, or garlic bread.
