Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown meat and onion and drain keeping in onion (boil chicken till cooked all the way through, 15 to 20 minutes, pull apart into bite size pieces). Cook and rinse pasta.
Mix together meat, onion, and soup. Cook in either Teflon or non-stick baking dish. Layer noodles, meat, and cheese in baking dish. Repeat until cheese is last layer.
Cook until cheese is fully melted on top: about 15 to 20 minutes.
