Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 oz elbow macaroni
8 slices bacon
4 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded Kraft American Cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Cook bacon in skillet or microwave.

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and stir constantly until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Add 1-1/2 cups cheese and stir until melted. Crumble bacon and add to mixture.

Place macaroni in two-quart casserole sprayed with Pam. Add sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
