Peel and thinly slice or dice potatoes. Peel and slice onion. Clean and core pepper and slice.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat, and add potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes, and then add onions and peppers. Continue cooking and stirring as necessary until potatoes are cooked through.
Meanwhile, slice kielbasa in 1 inch slices, add to potatoes and cook, mixing in with potato mixture until heated through.
Break eggs into a bowl and mix to break yolks. Pour over mixture in the skillet, Cook, stirring continually to be sure eggs are thoroughly cooked through. Serve immediately.
