Cook macaroni as directed, drain. Stir in dry cheese from box of macaroni. Stir in soup. Put back on stove on low heat. Add milk, stir-fry veggies and Velveeta. Stir and cook till cheese is melted.
Pour into 2 qt. lightly greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350°F oven or till edges are bubbling. Serve and enjoy!
