Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb chicken boiled and pulled off bone
1 small box corn bread, cooked and crumbed
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups chicken broth, from boiling chicken
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup, divided

Let's Make It

Mix all of the ingredients together except for one can of cream of chicken soup.

When everything is mixed and put is casserole dish, mix the leftover can of soup with 1/4 of chicken broth and pour over top of casserole and then put black pepper on top of the casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven. You will know when it is done.
