1 container (8 oz.) sour cream

Brown sausage in skillet and drain fat.

While sausage is cooking, cube cheese into crock-pot. Add tomatoes, cooked sausage and sour cream. Stir well.

Crock-pot needs to stay on low heat. Let heat until cheese is completely melted and heated through (approx. 30 min). Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
