1 packet onion soup mix

Place chicken in 3 quart crock-pot/slow cooker.
Combine mushroom soup, water and onion soup mix together in a small bowl; pour over chicken.
Cook on low 7 hours. Add sour cream and turn up to high 15 minutes before serving. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
