Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 sticks butter, divided
3 sleeve s Ritz crackers, divided
8 oz sour cream
1 can family size Campbell's cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken breast until done, about 1 1/2 hours. Take out of water and let cool. Save the chicken broth.

Melt 1 stick of butter and pour into 9x13 casserole. Crumble 1 1/2 sleeve of Ritz crackers all over the butter.

In a big bowl combine sour cream, chicken soup and 1 cup or more of the chicken broth. Tear or shred chicken breast and add to mixture. Mix up. Pour over Ritz Crackers. Crumble other 1 1/2 sleeves of crackers over chicken, and add several pats of butter over crackers.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
