Brown meat with diced onion, pressed garlic and seasoning salt, drain any fat.
Cook macaroni to 3/4's done and drain.
Add all elements of "2 Alarm Chili Mix", Ro*Tel tomatoes, beans, and meat mixture to macaroni. Add tomato juice as needed. Stir in herbs as desired. Add cheese to top of chili in bowl, enjoy.
