Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground beef and drain grease.
Depending on your baking dish size, I recommend 8x8 glass baking dish, make enough mashed potatoes to cover baking dish with an 8 inch layer (but don't put in pan just yet!).
Add your green beans and tomato soup to ground beef and mix well. Put beef mixture into baking dish, now cover with your mashed potatoes and top with slices of cheese.
Place in oven and bake till cheese melts and taadaa!!
