Chop up onion and green pepper. Add chili powder and then mix with ground turkey in pan. Brown until meat is done. Cook rice as directed on the bag.
Take out 2 (9 x 13) nonstick pans. Then take cooked rice and put a layer into bottom of pans. Then put a layer of meat, a layer of crushed tomatoes, and a layer of Kraft Shredded Cheese. Then repeat it all over again. You should have two layers per pan.
Place in oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
