Preheat oven at 350°F. Cook and drain ground beef and set aside. Cut tortillas into 1 inch squares and set aside.
Mix pinto beans, enchilada sauce, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and ground beef in large mixing bowl.
In square baking pan (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray), layer meat mixture, tortillas and cheese 2 times.
Cook until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
